Delivery & Shipping

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders. If you require express delivery on your order, you will incur a £3.95 charge. We also offer weekend and pre-12 delivery options at checkout.
 In-stock items: Dispatched same-day if ordered before 2pm (Mon–Fri). Expected delivery: 1-3 working days.Supplier-stocked items: Delivery within 2-5 working days.Express delivery: guaranteed next day if ordered before 2pm
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS from our delivery partner.
 Our couriers will attempt delivery once. If unsuccessful, your parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point or rescheduled for another day. You'll be notified either way.
Yes, please get in touch for your postage quote.
 If you’re ordering from outside the UK, local customs and import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a free 30-day return window for UK orders. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
 You can initiate a return through your account or by contacting our support team. We’ll assist you with return instructions.
 Yes - if the helmet is unworn outdoors, with the visor sticker intact. Please try it on indoors to ensure the fit before riding. For hygiene and safety reasons, used helmets cannot be returned.
Once your return is received, we aim to process your refund within 5-7 working days. Your bank may take additional time to process the payment.

Orders & Cancellations

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to make changes. Please email as soon as possible.
 Some items may arrive in separate parcels. If you suspect an issue, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate.

Warranty & Faulty Products

Yes, most products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, usually between 1-5 years. Specific warranty terms vary by brand.

Click & Collect

Yes - we offer Click & Collect at our store in Preston. You’ll see the option at checkout if it’s available for your item.
You’ll receive a notification (via email or SMS) when your order is ready to collect.
Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email.
