  • Unsealed items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items worn, used, or damaged by you
• Refunds: Issued within 5–7 days of receiving returned goods, using your original payment method.

9. Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates only; delays beyond our control will be notified.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership transfers after full payment.
• If no one is available to accept delivery, you must arrange redelivery/collection with courier.

10. International Orders

• We ship internationally (subject to restrictions). Check local import rules before ordering.
